elation, dreamlandnouna state of intense happiness and self-confidence.
Just across La Salle, in a busy subdivision was a land of dreams – Dreamland Cafe.
Dreamland cafe is a chill, laid back place. The whole theme is unique and interesting. It’s a great place for catching up with people you haven’t seen in a while. As you enter the cafe, you are welcomed beautifully from the chefs and cashiers just behind the desk, already giving you good vibes. Anywhere you go around the room, it’s picture perfect. You’re surrounded by artworks, sculptures, funky accessories, and hippy instruments everywhere you go in the cafe. The thing I loved most about dream land cafe is that it’s a “no wifi zone”, promoting social media detox. They encourage costumers to disconnect to connect. A whole side of the wall is filled with books for reading, cards for playing, and colouring materials for doodling while they wait for their deliciousness. Another side of the wall is filled with rare dream-catchers and hippy hair wigs and accessories for purchase. One side and corner of the cafe is filled with instruments and microphones incase anyone wanted to dedicate something to someone, share their artworks, sing a song or recite their poems. The cafe inspires people to speak up more, show off their talents and skills, climb out of their comfort zones, and chase their dreams. The whole ambiance is good.
